Thank you for shopping at Innerpeaceful One. All products sold through Innerpeaceful One are digital downloads. Due to their digital nature, all sales are final. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at info@innerpeacefulone.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once your download link has been delivered. Digital timer videos cannot be returned or exchanged as they are immediately accessible upon purchase.
Exceptions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your files
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from its description
- Duplicate purchases made in error
